🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years as CRO Specialist or similar
- Experience with A/B testing tools (Growthbook, Amplitude, VWO, Optimizely)
- GA4 and data visualization experience
- Experience with user behavior tools (Hotjar, Crazy Egg, Clarity)
- Strong UX/UI and mobile responsiveness knowledge
- Ability to build a data-driven testing roadmap and prioritize initiatives
