📋 Description

  • Manage activation of customer data for end-to-end CRM across channels.
  • Lead email, push, and in-app message campaigns.
  • Refine multi-channel comms and retention strategies for best CX.
  • Set up campaigns and user journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Define and track success metrics; own weekly/monthly reporting.
  • Collaborate with the team to shape Fever’s CRM roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-3 years in digital marketing and CRM.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Proficient in SQL and AMPScript.
  • Leverage behavioral, transactional and demographic data.
  • Analytical, data-driven, commercially savvy.
  • Experience in A/B testing and dynamic templates.
  • Organized, proactive and able to work at a fast pace.
  • Fluent in English; strong teamwork and communication.
