  • Drive deliverability and inbox placement to maximise open rates.
  • Act as main technical contact for CRM; resolve integrations and data issues with SLA.
  • Own and improve CRM infrastructure and data flows across apps and channels.
  • Backlog management to deliver requests quickly and unblock work.
  • Support technical CRM initiatives like new channel rollouts and migrations.
  • Ensure QA, data integrity, and reliability of CRM initiatives.

  • 3+ years in CRM, marketing automation, or similar.
  • Hands-on with Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Reteno, or similar.
  • Strong CRM infrastructure, data flows, integrations understanding.
  • Experience with Product, Engineering, Analytics teams to solve technical issues.
  • Understanding of email deliverability, inbox placement, and list hygiene.
  • Organisational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
