Collaborate on quote-to-cash design (DealHub/Sugar Serve) interfacing with NetSuite for billing.
Own CPQ vision and roadmap to reduce quote time and boost sales satisfaction.
Own integration design between CRM and in-house portal (My OPSWAT) for CX modules.
Lead data flows between SugarCRM, DealHub, GTM systems, and Data Master.
Drive AI-enabled GTM features via Digital Transformation initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years as a Solution Architect or Systems Architect; GTM/RevOps lead.
Hands-on experience integrating CRM platforms: Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, SugarCRM, Dynamics 365.
Strong experience with APIs, data flows, ETL/ELT pipelines, and iPaaS/middleware.
Expertise in CPQ tools (DealHub) and GTM tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, Jira).
Knowledge of data governance, security, and PoLP; audit readiness.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and documentation skills.
