🎯 Requirements
- 2-4 years CRM, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or marketing ops in ecommerce/digital.
- Degree in Marketing/Business/Communications preferred; other training ok.
- Experience with Braze, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Iterable.
- Strong knowledge of UTM tracking, GA4, and event analytics.
- Strong English; Cantonese/Mandarin a plus.
- Able to pull data from dashboards or SQL/BI tools; build reports independently.
