📋 Description

  • Own UTM naming and tracking launch across channels.
  • Monitor GA4 tracking across platforms; audit monthly.
  • Build lifecycle email/push automations: abandoned cart, welcome, win-back, post-purchase cross-sell.
  • Manage CRM comms: segmentation, AB tests, deliverability, reporting.
  • Support A/B testing of sign-up incentives; work with Product/Engineering to reduce friction.
  • Track user acquisition and conversion by platform/market; own referrals program.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-4 years CRM, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or marketing ops in ecommerce/digital.
  • Degree in Marketing/Business/Communications preferred; other training ok.
  • Experience with Braze, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Iterable.
  • Strong knowledge of UTM tracking, GA4, and event analytics.
  • Strong English; Cantonese/Mandarin a plus.
  • Able to pull data from dashboards or SQL/BI tools; build reports independently.
