🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in B2C CRM campaign execution using Braze.
- Experience working on app products.
- Strong segmentation logic and personalization strategies.
- Strong attention to detail and QA mindset.
- Experience setting up experiments and analyzing CRM metrics (deliverability, open rate, CTR, conversions).
