🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years of marketing experience in CRM or retention marketing
  • Proven experience managing CRM channels (direct mail, SMS, push, or email)
  • Prioritize, manage multiple initiatives, and work cross-functionally
  • PM and organizational skills; Excel, SQL, Tableau/Power BI familiarity
  • Direct-to-consumer brand experience preferred
  • Asana, Confluence, Jira experience preferred
