- Oversee creative development and review processes for campaigns and touchpoints
- Define metrics and reporting for opt-in, delivery, engagement, and revenue
π― Requirements
- 7+ years of marketing experience in CRM or retention marketing
- Proven experience managing CRM channels (direct mail, SMS, push, or email)
- Prioritize, manage multiple initiatives, and work cross-functionally
- PM and organizational skills; Excel, SQL, Tableau/Power BI familiarity
- Direct-to-consumer brand experience preferred
- Asana, Confluence, Jira experience preferred
