CRM Operations Manager II

📋 Description

• Build, design, and deploy automated email and push campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
• Manage campaign builds, workflow automation, audience segmentation.
• Own CRM platform administration, architecture, targeting logic, and personalization.
• Develop scalable processes, QA standards, and governance for program success.
• Monitor channel health, deliverability, IP health, and alerting for issues.
• Collaborate with CRM strategy, Analytics, Product, Eng, and Creative.

🎯 Requirements

• CRM platform expertise with Iterable or Braze; build workflows; admin.
• Personalization and dynamic content: Handlebars, Liquid, AMPscript.
• Data and segmentation: understand data structures and audience targeting.
• HTML and CSS: building and troubleshooting email templates.
• API and integrations: familiarity with API integrations and webhooks.
• Soft skills: problem solving, process optimization, attention to detail, project management, and collaboration.
