  • Oversee end-to-end CRM campaigns across Flywheel and New Venture (email, push, in-app).
  • Manage CRM tooling and systems for deliverability and performance.
  • Lead a team of 3+ direct reports with coaching and development.
  • Collaborate with QA to ensure content accuracy, targeting, and tracking.
  • Develop scalable workflows to streamline campaign execution across teams.
  • Own CRM process docs, playbooks, and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4–6 years CRM/marketing operations experience.
  • 2+ years leading a team of 3+ direct reports.
  • Strong CRM systems knowledge: Braze, SFMC, Iterable, XP.
  • HTML/CSS for email editing.
  • Movable Ink personalization tooling experience.
  • QA processes and customer segmentation knowledge.
  • SQL knowledge a plus; Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot).
