  • Lead MarTech for predictions; own CDP, engagement, analytics, experimentation roadmap.
  • Configure CDP connections (data warehouse, analytics, ads) ensuring data quality.
  • Analyse customer behaviour to identify segments, triggers and personalisation opportunities.
  • Build and maintain CDP audience definitions for acquisition, retention, experimentation.
  • Define tracking plans and event taxonomies for cross-platform behaviours.
  • Partner with Data to define metrics and dashboards for CRM impact.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years managing CDP and CRM tools in high-growth environments.
  • Proven CDP track record improving retention, engagement, and LTV.
  • Experience with growth/product teams on experimentation, funnel optimisation, and lifecycle programs.
  • Strong SQL for querying large datasets, building audiences, and self-serve analysis.
  • Strong understanding of sporting events and options-trading.
