- 5+ years managing CDP and CRM tools in high-growth environments.
- Proven CDP track record improving retention, engagement, and LTV.
- Experience with growth/product teams on experimentation, funnel optimisation, and lifecycle programs.
- Strong SQL for querying large datasets, building audiences, and self-serve analysis.
- Strong understanding of sporting events and options-trading.
