๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Lead MarTech; own CDP, engagement, analytics, experiments, data pipelines.
  • Configure CDP connections (data warehouse, analytics, ads, engagement) with high data quality.
  • Analyse customer behaviour to identify segments and personalisation opportunities.
  • Build and maintain CDP audience definitions for acquisition, retention, and experiments.
  • Define tracking plans and event taxonomies for key customer behaviours.
  • Partner with Data to define CRM metrics and dashboards.
  • Write API requirements and payload specs for MarTech integrations.
  • Use templating and scripting for dynamic content and personalisation.
  • Maintain up-to-date PRDs, specs, tracking plans, and data flows.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Engineering to define lifecycle strategies.
  • Translate business objectives into lifecycle goals, test plans, and KPIs.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years managing CDP and CRM tools in a high-growth environment.
  • Proven CDP track record improving retention, engagement, and LTV.
  • Experience with growth/product teams on experiments, funnel optimization, and lifecycle programs.
  • Strong SQL skills to query large datasets, build audiences, and self-serve analysis.
  • Strong understanding of sporting events and options-trading.
