  • Build cross-channel lifecycle campaigns (email, ads, direct mail, events, SMS, in-app).
  • Educate prospects, convert leads, and retain customers with value-driven campaigns.
  • Nurture prospects and move MQLs to opportunities.
  • Coordinate across email, paid and organic campaigns, direct mail, events.
  • Test, measure, and optimize segmentation, messaging, and cadence.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to scale lifecycle programs.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4–6 years in lifecycle, demand gen, CRM, or growth marketing (B2B SaaS/AI).
  • Proven results in lead nurturing, conversion, and retention.
  • Hands-on multi-channel campaigns across email, digital ads, direct mail, SMS, events.
  • Strong funnel, lead scoring, and lifecycle stage understanding.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Willingness to work in person at the office 4 days a week.
