- Deep understanding of email deliverability: IP warming, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, sender reputation.
- Strong segmentation and personalization strategy; data-driven targeting.
- GDPR/CAN-SPAM/CASL compliance; consent frameworks and suppression lists.
