🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or related field preferred but not required.
  • \n
  • Minimum of 3 years in customer success, email, lifecycle, or CRM marketing roles.
  • \n
  • Proficiency in Braze, Optimove, or similar CRM tools is highly preferred.
  • \n
  • Strong knowledge of email, in-app, and push marketing best practices and copywriting.
  • \n
  • Experience in Daily Fantasy Sports or gaming industry is preferred.
  • \n
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive insights and optimize campaigns.
  • \n
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • \n
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • \n
