• Lead CRM development with Dynamics 365 for Sales and client management
• Architect and implement CRM solutions, plugins, workflows, and forms
• Collaborate with product management and enterprise teams in an Agile scrum
• Focus on security, performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Manage CRM deployments and coordinate with IT and end users

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of CRM deployment and engineering experience
• Strong communication and service-oriented mindset
• Ability to maintain regular, predictable attendance
• Experience with Azure Cloud, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate
• Extensive domain experience in Financial Services
• Experience designing and deploying MS CRM Sales Dynamics
