Set up Dynamics 365 on-premise/online; configure system settings, security roles, data integrations.
Design and implement Dynamics 365 workflows, business rules, and automation.
Develop custom CRM plugins and form customizations using JavaScript and Dynamics 365 SDK.
Gather requirements with Analysts; propose CRM solutions and support workshops.
Work with remote R&D teams to troubleshoot CRM incidents and issues.
Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems via WebAPI and SFTP (auth/encrypt).

🎯 Requirements

Proficient in Dynamics 365 CRM plugin development and form customization.
Experience configuring on-premise and online Dynamics 365 workflows.
Front-end development with React, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
Strong database knowledge: SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with WebAPI standards, security protocols, integration.
Experience in SFTP-based system integration.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; proactive team player.
