  • Provide HubSpot support and admin end-to-end (users, permissions, objects, pipelines, workflows).
  • Primary contact for high-volume HubSpot tickets; manage intake, prioritization, and SLAs.
  • Identify recurring issues across HubSpot, integrations, and internal systems; reduce ticket volume.
  • Maintain data hygiene and governance to ensure HubSpot as trusted reporting source.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Ops, Product, and Eng to stabilize integrations.
  • Create and maintain docs, SOPs, and training to enable self-service.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 2+ years hands-on HubSpot admin in production.
  • Experience supporting high-volume CRM environments via ticketing.
  • Strong HubSpot config/automation knowledge: users, permissions, objects, workflows, reporting.
  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting CRM integrations with third-party SaaS tools.
  • Ability to partner with Sales, Marketing, Ops, Product, and Eng to translate needs into scalable solutions.
  • Excellent communication, organization, prioritization with a growth mindset.
