Lead a team in maintenance of plant utilities (water, HVAC, electrical, building systems)
Drive KPI metrics and accountability across the team
Implement advanced maintenance methods to boost uptime, efficiency, and cost control
Build and lead cross-functional teams with clear vision and mentorship
Manage facilities projects and vendors for a world-class, clean facility
Manage work ticketing to ensure timely break/fix responses and escalation

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction, or engineering OR 5+ years related experience
2+ years of experience managing and leading teams
5+ years of experience in facilities engineering and maintenance management
Experience with budgets and cost control
Vendor management and contract negotiation experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
