📋 Description

• Manage complete physical asset operation and maintenance in data centers
• Build and lead a staff of engineers, technicians, and assistant managers
• Maintain 100% uptime and ensure safety and reliability
• Oversee CMMS usage, preventive maintenance, and documentation
• Manage power and cooling capacity and environmental controls
• Interface with management and customers to resolve issues promptly

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (or equivalent)
• 5+ years in mission-critical environments
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management
• Valid driver’s license required
• 3+ years managing non-exempt shift employees
• Ability to read complex drawings and documentation
