Crisp is seeking a Data & Automation Engineer to join our team in the Philippines. You will design, implement, and maintain data pipelines and automation tooling to improve data quality, reliability, and speed of decision-making across the company.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and automation workflows.
Collaborate with product, analytics, and engineering teams to gather requirements.
Monitor data quality, data lineage, and reliability; troubleshoot data issues.
Develop tooling to automate repetitive data tasks and workflows.
Document data processes and maintain data documentation for downstream users.

Requirements

Experience in data engineering, data automation, or related fields.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Proficiency with SQL and a programming/scripting language (e.g., Python).
Experience designing and maintaining ETL/ELT processes is a plus.
