- Provide operational and clinical coverage if the Program Manager is unavailable.
- 40 hours/week, evening-focused with fixed blocks; weekend coverage.
π― Requirements
- Masterβs degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- 2+ years crisis intervention or acute mental health experience
- Experience in telehealth, crisis lines, or high-acuity settings
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to support peers in complex cases
- Comfort with evening and weekend hours
- Active, unrestricted independent clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or state equivalent)
