Oversee long- and short-term crew staffing goals and processes.
Analyze vacancy, TDY, vacation, and monthly schedule bid prep/awards.
Monitor staffing levels across bases, seats, and fleets.
Assist Crew Planning Supervisor with data collection and monthly reporting.
Liaise with Flight Crew Management, Network Planning, Training, Payroll, Travel, and Scheduling.
Ensure regulatory and CBA compliance; support process automation.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree required.
3+ years airline industry experience.
3+ years in scheduling/dispatch or crew planning.
Advanced Excel skills and data mining.
Strong written and verbal communication; English proficiency.
Willingness to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
