📋 Description

  • Process semi-monthly payroll reconciliation for pilots and flight attendants per CBAs.
  • Conduct daily audits to identify and resolve pay discrepancies and ensure compliance.
  • Resolve crew pay issues via phone, tickets, and emails with strong customer service.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline pay audits and improve accuracy.
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure accurate pay and support CBA updates.
  • Lead implementation of pay rules and automation for new scheduling/pay platforms.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; eligible to work in the US; must pass a background check.
  • 2+ years in crew scheduling/pay or 4+ years auditing.
  • Knowledge of airline CBAs and related documentation; FAR 121/117 familiarity.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and data visualization (Tableau/Power BI).
  • Experience with ELP Payroll, CAE, or other crew pay systems.
  • Visa sponsorship not available; flexible shifts; customer-focused.
