🎯 Requirements

FAA-accredited Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate.
7+ years in aircraft maintenance, design, manufacturing, inspection, or testing.
2+ years leading complex aerospace, autonomy, or robotics projects.
2+ years in leadership or supervisory roles.
Knowledge of CFRs and standards relating to aircraft maintenance.
