We are seeking a Strategic Sales Director for the West region to lead regional growth, manage strategic accounts, and build a high-performing sales organization in a remote-friendly environment.

The Role

As Strategic Sales Director, West, you will own the West territory, define regional go-to-market strategies, and lead a quota-bearing sales team. You will partner with cross-functional teams to craft compelling value propositions for enterprise customers, manage complex deals, and drive significant revenue growth for Cresta in the Western United States.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a regional go-to-market strategy for the West US to achieve ARR targets.
  • Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing regional sales team; recruit and develop top talent.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles with enterprise customers, from prospecting to close.
  • Forecast accurately, manage the pipeline, and report on regional performance to leadership.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver customer value and expand strategic partnerships.
  • Negotiate complex terms and close multi-million-dollar deals with C-level executives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a proven track record of quota attainment.
  • Experience selling AI-based or analytics-driven SaaS solutions.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed; comfortable working in a remote environment.
