Join Cresta as a Recruiter – Campus & Technical Sourcing (Toronto). This full-time hybrid role focuses on campus and technical sourcing to build high-impact engineering and product teams. You will partner with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to identify, engage, and hire top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute campus recruiting strategies to attract graduates from universities.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for software engineering, data, and product roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and build a strong employer brand.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and provide timely feedback to candidates.
- Nurture relationships with universities, student groups, and professional networks.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in campus or technical recruiting preferred.
- Experience with ATS (e.g., Greenhouse) and recruitment metrics.
- Strong ability to identify, engage, and assess top technical talent.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with diversity hiring and equity in tech.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
