Enterprise Customer Success Manager

Cresta is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to drive value for our enterprise customers in a remote role. You will own customer relationships, lead onboarding, adoption, and success planning to ensure customers realize maximum value from Cresta's platform.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end success for a portfolio of enterprise customers
  • Lead onboarding and implementation with customers and cross-functional teams
  • Develop and execute customer success plans and quarterly business reviews
  • Monitor health metrics, identify risk, and drive renewal opportunities
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure customer outcomes

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in customer success or enterprise account management in SaaS
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Data-driven with strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRM and CS tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight) is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
