JOB SUMMARY

Senior

Analyst

, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

to support the

Wholesale FP&A team

by providing

comprehensive financial insights and support to drive business performance across our operations

.

The ideal candidate will excel

in reporting, data analytics, analyzing trends and variances, tracking KPIs and management dashboards to support strategic business decisions relating to Cresco’s Operations.

CORE JOB DUTIES

• Work in collaboration with the operations and finance teams to understandfacilitycostdrivers

• Understand costing informationin ordertoprovideinsights on cultivation, manufacturing, and distribution for Cresco’s products with a view to meeting short,mediumand long-term objectives

• Develop andmaintainfinancial models to evaluate performance and support decision-making

• Analyze financial results, trends, and variances versus plan and prior periods

• Build a collaborative working relationship and become one of the financial liaisons with divisional and corporate leadership to support management and business unit reporting for Cresco’s Operations

• Review andvalidateaccrual activity and general ledger coding for accuracy and compliance

• Support the monthly close process to ensuretimely,accurateand complete financial accounting and reporting

• Perform ad-hoc financial/quantitative analysis and various reporting, financial modeling, and business operations requests

• Provide effective support to theFP&A teamin all data collection and extraction to support strategic decisions

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

• 3+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or financial analysis

• Experience intheConsumer PackagedGoods (CPG) industrystrongly preferred

• Cannabis industry experience is a plus but notrequired

• Advancedproficiencyin Excel and financial modeling

• Excellent written and verbal communicationandpresentation skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders

• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across teams
