- 4+ years at a top-tier law firm in structured finance.
- Deep familiarity with ABF and structured credit investing.
- Strong transactional judgment across deal lifecycles.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, commercial environment.
- Experience with securitizations and asset-backed financing.
- Ability to manage complex issues across deal lifecycles.

- Base salary range: $210,000 - $240,000 USD.
