🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in program management, strategy and operations leading cross-functional initiatives.
- 3+ years in foundational risk management (credit, fraud, liquidity or market risk) or treasury/finance.
- Experience building strong relationships with partners across Strategy, Partnerships, Product, Operations, and Engineering.
- Critical and first-principles thinking; ability to focus on the most important questions.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem solving.
- Self-starter who can work independently and execute complex projects in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Preferred: PM certifications (CSM, PMP) or Agile/Lean/Six Sigma; experience in strategy consulting or financial services; experience in high-growth tech company.
