🎯 Requirements
- 5–7 years in commercial lending, credit risk, or portfolio mgmt.
- Independent underwriting: IF/LF, Term Loan; ABL familiarity a plus.
- Strong credit judgment; restructure deals with clear risk/reward framing.
- CRR and risk model awareness; calibrations and adjustments.
- Client-facing: diligence calls with CFOs/controllers; present to IC.
- Technical: SQL; Python; Looker; dashboards; automation tools.
