Credit Policy & Decisioning Analyst

📋 Description

• Drive policy implementation in the decision platform (e.g., Taktile).
• Translate policy into scalable decision logic, workflows, and rules.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Capital Markets to implement and optimize strategies.
• Support decisioning platform testing, scenario testing, UAT, and rule validation.
• Maintain change logs, test artifacts, and audit-ready documentation for rule updates.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative/technical field.
• 3-5 years experience in fintech, lending, credit risk, or decision systems.
• Rule-based systems, decision engines, or workflow platforms.
• Translating business logic into technical decision rules.
• SQL, APIs, JSON, and Python for data and integrations.
• Strong analytical, attention to detail, and documentation.
