Credit Manager

📋 Description

• Implement and review credit and collection policies.
• Manage and oversee the collection of outstanding debts.
• Communicate with customers regarding overdue payments.
• Oversee end-to-end collections to ensure timely payments.
• Develop and execute collection strategies to reduce delinquency and improve DSO.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the credit and collections team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years in credit, collections, or AR.
• 2+ years in supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong credit analysis and AR process knowledge.
• Proven ability to reduce delinquency and improve cash flow.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
