- Perform fund accounting and operations across private credit and evergreen platforms
- Detailed partnership accounting including allocations, fees, carried interest
- Prepare and review fund financial reporting: statements, investor reporting, audit mgmt
- Oversee third-party fund admins: NAV packages, reconciliations, investor reporting
- Support fund operations: capital calls, distributions, financing, liquidity
- Respond to ad hoc investor requests with cross-team collaboration
- Coordinate cross-functional projects across finance and operations
- Drive process improvements in accounting, reporting, and efficiency
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in audit, fund accounting or asset management, incl. private credit
- Experience overseeing third-party fund admins; NAV, investor allocations, fees
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- ACCA/ACA/CIMA accounting qualification
- Strong verbal/written communication across all org levels
- Advanced Excel; proficient in Word and PowerPoint
- Prior experience with Investran and/or Geneva preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in growth mode
- Proven ability to manage multiple demands and heavy workloads
- Strong planning and organizational skills; anticipate change
