Support risk management framework; maintain risk registry; quantify exposure; propose actions
Develop policies like Business Continuity Planning and Third Party Risk Management
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to automate risk interventions

🎯 Requirements

4+ years experience in credit risk, corporate finance, audit or ops
Experience with financial statements analysis (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
Strong analytical skills; data-driven decisions
Communication, negotiation and influencing skills
Ability to work independently; multi-project in fast-growth environment
Demonstrates strong automation and AI capabilities
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
