  • Identify improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, security, and regulations.

🎯 Requirements

  • H.S. Diploma required (equiv exp considered).
  • 0-2 years in credit cards, retail banking, or call center.
  • Knowledge of credit card products, policies, and systems.
  • Strong client service, interpersonal, and relationship skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; phone/email etiquette.
  • Strong math, problem solving, and negotiation skills; analyze financial info.
