📋 Description

• Use data and customer insights to grow our credit card business.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and engineering to run campaigns driving high responses.
• Use NPV models to design growth strategy for balanced card customer mix.
• Propose solutions and gather data independently to solve problems.
• Oversee and optimize marketing campaigns with feedback loops.
• Communicate with senior leadership, product, and engineering to align on priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong quantitative analytical skills.
• 3-5 years building and leading credit card growth initiatives.
• Hands-on SQL, R, or Python experience (Pandas, Scikit-learn).
• Experience growing and scaling credit card programs is a plus.
• Strong communication; simplify complex programs to highlight improvements.
• Experience with experimentation: test design, results, and insights.
