📋 Description

• Design, build, and monitor fraud defenses across banking and credit products.
• Use data to identify emerging fraud risks and translate insights into actions.
• Partner with product, operations, and engineering to implement solutions.
• Analyze data to independently solve complex, ambiguous fraud problems.
• Own the development and monitoring of fraud defenses with feedback loops.
• Balance risk reduction with a positive customer experience in fraud strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills using data to inform decisions.
• 5-7 years building/leading credit or banking strategies with measurable results.
• SQL and Python or R (Pandas, scikit-learn) experience.
• Banking or payments fraud experience is a plus.
• Clear written and verbal communication; simplify complex analyses.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/Engineering/IS/Analytics/Math/Physics.
