  • Own end-to-end bureau reporting lifecycle: sourcing, creation, validation, transmission
  • Ensure reporting complies with Metro 2ยฎ, FCRA, FACTA, CFPB guidance
  • Establish and monitor control routines for timeliness, completeness, accuracy
  • Serve as escalation owner for material reporting issues, missed SLAs, or consumer harm
  • Act as business owner for FCRA compliance related to reporting and disputes

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business (advanced degree preferred)
  • 5+ years in credit bureau reporting, FCRA dispute mgmt, risk ops, or regulatory compliance; credit card exp strongly preferred
  • Deep expertise in Metro 2ยฎ, FCRA, FACTA, CFPB expectations, and consumer dispute handling
  • Experience supporting regulatory exams, audits, and issue remediation
  • Proven people leader with ability to build and scale high-performing teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including presenting to senior leaders and regulators
