Ensure timely credentialing applications, re-credentialing, and privileging with payors
Collaborate with HR, Compliance, Clinical Operations to gather documentation
Conduct verifications of education, training, licensure, certs, and references
Maintain licensure changes from residency to full licensure
Stay updated with credentialing regulations and accreditation standards

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's in Healthcare Admin or related; Master's preferred
4+ years credentialing in healthcare (mental health/pediatrics preferred)
Knowledge of NCQA, URAC, and accrediting standards
CAQH credentialing platform experience
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Proficient in credentialing software/databases; strong communication skills
