here’s what will be in store for you at CRED once you join as a part of the team

what you will do:

  • own the merchant payouts process for the CRED Rewards & Store charter end-to-end
  • manage MIS — compiling costs, revenues, and driving actionable insights for the business P&L
  • extract and analyze data to uncover trends and enable decision-making
  • set up SOPs, streamline processes, and ensure smooth execution across payouts and reconciliation workflows
  • liaise closely with the finance team to ensure timely merchant payment clearance
  • validate invoices, payables, and receivables with thorough checks
  • be the single point of contact (SPOC) for merchants on reconciliation and drive timely resolutions for queries
  • coordinate with finance on GST, TDS, TCS and other compliance-related aspects
  • work with multiple teams — partnerships, legal, operations, and product — to drive seamless execution and business outcomes
  • you should apply if you:

  • possess at least 2-3 years of work experience in payments, operations or finance functions
  • have a basic understanding of SQL
  • have meticulous attention to detail and do not shy away from large data sets
  • have a knack for digging deep to find data driven insights
  • are willing to bring your best to work consistently and diligently
  • are able to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • thrive with high ownership independently in a dynamic environment
