here’s what will be in store for you at CRED once you join us.

what will you do?

  • track and report key KPIs such as attach rates, issued premium, policies sold, cancellations, and claim experience across funnels
  • build cohort views to identify product market fit drivers across various products
  • conduct funnel deep-dives and identify drop-offs or variant impacts
  • act as the central bridge between CRED and insurance partners for day-to-day operations
  • validate API payloads, endorsement requests, refunds, and float/commission reconciliation
  • document integration requirements, schema mappings, and validation logic between partner and CRED’s backend
  • support new plan/product onboarding ~ define test cases, validate pricing/tenure logic, ensure smooth QA and UAT
  • translate high-level business objectives into BRDs / PRDs / user stories for engineering teams
  • define acceptance criteria, error states, and end-to-end data flow between app, web, and backend services
  • collaborate with design and product to build frictionless webview journeys (discovery, checkout, claims)
  • manage change requests from partners and ensure backward compatibility across releases
  • own the accuracy of key metrics flowing from app/web events into backend tables (Snowflake / Databricks)
  • define validation layers, track data anomalies, and drive fixes with data engineering teams
  • work closely with finance and compliance to reconcile float balances, premium recognition, and tax flows (TDS/TCS)
  • present performance summaries and hypothesis-based insights in Core Loop WBRs / AOP reviews
  • coordinate with marketing and comms teams to measure campaign-driven insurance uptake
  • liaise with external partner ops to debug policy-level escalations and support root-cause analysis
  • you should apply if you:

  • are open to exploring a high ownership 6-month consultant opportunity with meaningful scope & visibility, working across product, engineering, data and partner teams
  • possess 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in fintech, insurtech, or payments
  • enjoy turning fuzzy business problems into structured requirements and measurable outcomes
  • love digging into data, debugging flows, and identifying patterns that improve product conversion
  • are comfortable managing multiple stakeholders including product, finance, design and external insurance partners
  • have strong SQL skills (Snowflake/Databricks) & the ability to translate product logic into queryable metrics
  • are comfortable with data visualization tools like Tableau, Mixpanel etc
  • have excellent documentation and stakeholder collaboration skills
