GTM (Go-to-market) Operations Marketing Analyst

At CreatorIQ, we are at the forefront of the influencer marketing industry, offering innovative, data-driven solutions that empower brands and agencies to manage influencer engagements and assess campaign effectiveness. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Go-to-Market Operations Analyst to provide analysis and actionable insights to our Marketing team. This role will be key in improving our ability to analyze diverse data sets and translate them into impactful decisions.

What you'll do:

  • Create and manage structures to measure, forecast, analyze and visualize key data for CreatorIQ’s Marketing team

  • Distill GTM (Go-to-market) data into digestible analysis and visuals

  • Build and maintain relationships with Marketing leaders by using data and analysis to inform strategic decisions

  • Perform proactive, ad-hoc and retroactive analysis to ask and answer business questions using data

  • Closely track and report on the full funnel from lead to revenue, identifying bottlenecks and optimizing conversion throughout the customer lifecycle

  • Analyze and segment performance data by source, campaign, channel, and audience to uncover trends and drive optimization

  • Work with GTM Engineering team to scope and build improvements to our reporting infrastructure

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in similar role, with a focus on analytics & visualization

  • Experience translating complex data sets into digestible insights and actions

  • Experience working with B2B Software as a Service (SaaS) metrics and data

  • Proficiency with SQL

  • Strong skills with CRM reporting (Salesforce and Hubspot is preferred)

  • Strong skills with Google tools (Sheets, Slides) and their Microsoft counterparts (Excel, Powerpoint)

  • Strong written and verbal communication in English

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience working in a GTM role (Marketing a plus) at a SaaS company

  • Experience Tableau or other Business Intelligence software
