Creator Relations Lead

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end creator relations lifecycle: sourcing, vetting, contracting.
• Manage on-time, on-brand deliverables and complex multi-campaign workflows.
• Build a scalable creator pipeline and identify standout talent across ecosystems.
• Production oversight: coordinate reviews, provide feedback, troubleshoot blockers.
• Operational excellence: track creators, deliverables, contracts, and usage rights at scale.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, finance, social, and Communications teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in creator partnerships, talent management, or creator operations.
• Established relationships with talent managers and a broad creator network.
• Expert understanding of creator economy dynamics, deal structures, and platform practices.
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple creator workflows end-to-end.
• Extensive experience negotiating rates, scopes, usage rights, and long-term partnerships.
• Strong contracting experience, redlining, and collaboration with legal teams.
• Curious and enthusiastic about Wikimedia mission; flexible and collaborative.
