- Determination to identify creators to bring to Twitch.
- Passion to grow emerging creators and shape Twitch's future.
- Personal experience as a live streamer or content creator.
- Existing relationships with creators across platforms.
- Knowledge of trends across Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram.
