Creator Marketing Associate

📋 Description

• Support and implement one-time and/or recurring campaigns — supporting everything from content creator and influencer discovery to outreach, negotiation, and creative deliverable management.
• Source, onboard, negotiate and manage content creator and influencer relationships & campaign deliverables.
• Distribute contracts and review content to ensure it meets stakeholder expectations.
• Use best practices to utilize influencer content to drive performance, conversions, and boosted reach through paid media ad spend (whitelisting, repurposing content on brand’s accounts, and boosted posts).
• Coordinate spending across different channel strategies to meet and fulfill a full-funnel strategy.
• Collaborate with Darkroom’s Performance Marketing teams to learn what content performs best in advertisements, make whitelisting recommendations, and create a feedback loop for future campaign improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of relevant experience in influencer marketing management (not including internships)
• 1+ year of agency experience is required
• Strong understanding of American culture and social media trends
• Proven track record of end-to-end creator and influencer campaign management (strategy development, influencer discovery, outreach and rate negotiations, campaign reporting and analysis)
• Experience with discovery/automation platforms used to source, evaluate, and manage influencer relationships (Aspire, Grin etc.)
• Strong project management skills: Capable of managing multiple creator and influencer campaigns across a variety of clients at one time while effectively meeting deadlines.
