  • 3โ€“6 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, UGC, or affiliate programs.
  • Strong client management experience and comfort leading strategy conversations.
  • Deep understanding of creator workflows, usage rights, and cross-platform activation.
  • Experience with TikTok Shop and affiliate models; exposure to Amazon affiliate, LTK, or YouTube Shopping a plus.
  • Analytical and performance-oriented; translate creator output into measurable impact.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple clients and creator pipelines.
