🎯 Requirements

• 0–2 years experience in production assistance or event coordination.
• Experience or strong interest in the making side of media: shoots, fabrication, activations.
• The Fixer mentality: proactive problem-solver who makes things happen.
• Highly organised; juggle multiple vendor quotes and logistics.
• Financial literacy; comfortable with budgets, hard costs, invoicing.
• Resourceful; find props, vendors, or solutions under pressure.
