  • Serve as primary operational partner to regional GMs, managing intl creative requests.
  • Manage intake, prioritization, and execution of creative projects for global launches.
  • Coordinate with U.S.-based Brand/Creative teams to localize campaigns and assets.
  • Run localization workflows using translation tools to adapt messaging for regional markets.
  • Ensure translated assets maintain brand standards and local requirements.
  • Build scalable processes for international creative production across teams/time zones.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 4+ years in creative project management, marketing ops, or localization.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and PM skills across markets and time zones.
  • Familiarity with localization workflows or tools (Asana, Acolad, Figma, Google Suite).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
