Assist in the coordination of design, video, and photo content production
Coordinate and organize internal creative requests and deadlines
Maintain smooth project workflows and communicate with Creative Director and teams
Manage logistics for multimedia shoots (locations, schedules, crews, travel)
Maintain video, photo, and design asset libraries and workflows
Proactively support and improve team processes

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in media/communications
2+ years as traffic manager or PM
Proficient with Asana, JIRA, Monday
Experience in traffic management and content
Knowledge of pre-production, production, post-production
Excellent communication and organizational skills
